PITTSBURGH & DENVER & SANTA FE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Evoqua Water Technologies (NYSE: AQUA) today announced it has signed a
definitive agreement to acquire privately held Pure Water Solutions, a
leading provider of high-purity water equipment and systems, service
deionization and resin regeneration, with service operations in suburban
Denver and Santa Fe. The acquisition further underscores Evoqua’s
industry-leading service capabilities in the water treatment market.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pure Water Solutions serves the ultrapure pharmaceutical and laboratory,
medical, commercial, industrial and agriculture markets throughout
Colorado and New Mexico. It serves its customer base with a variety of
products and solutions including reverse osmosis, deionized water
systems, ultra-filtration, and portable exchange. It will become part of
Evoqua’s Light Industry Technologies division, which is a part of
Evoqua’s Industrial Segment, and will extend the Company’s unmatched
service network.
